These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and sotbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the website sotbaji.net and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and payment services.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on sotbaji is ৳500. • Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Free bets awarded as part of a promotion have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn — only winnings from free bets are withdrawable, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

You agree to:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal sources.
• Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts, including for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses.

sotbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.
• Persistent bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.
